Transparent guidelines for your purchase at ARaxma

1. Welcome to ARaxma

Hi there, and welcome to ARaxma.de. We are thrilled that you’ve chosen to shop with us.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. We’ve tried to write these as clearly as possible, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon, so you know exactly what to expect when you buy your new favorite outfit or accessory from us.

By placing an order on ARaxma.de, you agree to these Terms.

3. How Ordering Works

The Offer: The presentation of clothing and accessories in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

The Contract: When you click the “Buy Now” (or “Order with obligation to pay”) button, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. We will send you an immediate automated email confirming we received your order; however, the actual purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the goods to you or send a separate Shipping Confirmation email.

4. Our Business Model (Dropshipping) & Shipping

At ARaxma, we curate fashion from suppliers around the globe to bring you unique styles at competitive prices. To do this efficiently, we use a direct-to-consumer (dropshipping) model.

Direct Shipping: This means your products are often shipped directly from our manufacturing partners (located in [e.g., Asia, Europe, USA]) to your doorstep. We do not hold physical inventory in Germany for all items.

Delivery Times: Because items may travel internationally, shipping can take longer than local deliveries. Average delivery times are 2 to 30 business days. We appreciate your patience—we believe the styles are worth the wait!

Split Shipments: If you order multiple items (e.g., a dress and a handbag), they may come from different suppliers. Don’t worry if you receive one package before the other; the rest is on its way.

Custom & Personalized Orders: For items that are customized, personalized, or marked as gifts, we utilize a global network. We will automatically route your order to the production facility nearest to your delivery address (provided they have the stock and capability) to minimize shipping times and carbon footprint.

Delivery Times: Because items are made-to-order (custom-made just for you), please allow 3 days for production in addition to shipping time. Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

5. Prices, Customs & Import Duties

The prices listed on our product pages include statutory VAT (where applicable for orders within the EU up to €150).

Important Note on Customs: Since some goods are shipped from outside the European Union, your local customs authority may inspect the package.

For orders under €150: EU VAT is usually collected at checkout, and you should not be charged extra upon delivery.

For orders over €150 (or depending on specific local laws): You, the customer, are the “importer of record.” This means you may be responsible for paying import duties or handling fees charged by the carrier or customs office upon delivery. ARaxma has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

6. Your Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order and return items. However, this right depends on what you bought.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the day you (or a neighbor you designated) receive the final part of your order to notify us that you want to return it.

How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (e.g., via email at [Your Email]) of your decision. Or my orders page.

Return Address: Please do not send items back to the address on the package (which is often our overseas warehouse). Returns must be sent to our German handling address: [Insert Your German Return Address Here]

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

(Note: Certain items, like sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons—e.g., earrings or swimwear without the hygiene strip—may not be returnable.)

7. Warranty & Liability

Legal Warranty: Statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftungsrecht) apply. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Liability: We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damage.

8. Payment Methods

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
