To ensure the fastest delivery, personalized and custom-made items are routed to our nearest production hub relative to your delivery address.
Orders shipped from our US facility to international destinations (including the EU) may be subject to local import duties. However, many of our custom/personalized items are fulfilled locally to minimize or eliminate these fees.
Since we craft your items on-demand, please allow 1–3 business days for production.
Standard Items (from USA): Usually take 4 – 8 business days for USA orders and 10–30 business days for international delivery.
Custom Items (from nearest hub): Usually take 10–30 business days.
