Go to “Your Orders” and select “Return or Exchange Items.”

Choose the items you wish to return and select the reason for the return.

Select your preferred shipping method (including home pickup with a scheduled date).

Print the prepaid return label you downloaded
(This step is only required if you are not using UPS for your return).

If you are unable or prefer not to use the prepaid return label, please contact our customer service team so we can register your return manually.

In this case, you will need to return the items using a shipping provider of your choice and provide proof of shipment. The shipping carrier will issue a receipt as confirmation. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and ARaxma is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments handled by third-party carriers. All risks, insurance, and transportation costs related to such returns are borne by the customer.

You may return or exchange any item purchased from ARaxma.de within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

To process a return or exchange, the original invoice must be included with the returned items. In the case of a partial return, a copy of the invoice is sufficient.

Returns for exchange or refund are free of charge when using our prepaid return label.

Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, it may be exchanged only for another item of equal value. Please contact our customer support team, and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Yes. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as these items are made specifically according to your personal requirements.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 15 business days after your return has been received at our warehouse for the refund to be completed.
