How we get your order to your doorstep
Shipping & Delivery
At ARaxma, we don’t just pull items off a shelf. To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, many of our pieces are made-to-order just for you. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to your doorstep.
1. Production Times (The “Crafting” Phase)
Before we ship, we need a little time to print and prepare your items.
Standard Items: Usually processed within 4–8 business days for orders within the US and 10-30 days for orders worldwide.
Personalized & Custom-Made Orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Please note: Production times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons.
2. Where does my order ship from?
We use a “Smart-Route” system to ensure your order travels the shortest distance possible:
European Orders: Standardly produced and shipped from our facilities in Germany.
USA & North American Orders: Produced and shipped from our facilities in the United States.
Personalized Gifts: These are routed to the production hub nearest to your location to ensure the fastest delivery and a smaller carbon footprint.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Once your item is produced and handed to the carrier, here are the estimated delivery times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves the production facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs & Import Duties
EU & USA Customers: Since we fulfill locally within these regions, you typically will not face any customs fees.
Other International Destinations: For orders shipped outside of our main hubs, your country’s customs office may apply import duties or taxes. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from the same order separately if they are produced at different hubs. Don’t worry—you will receive tracking for each package, and you won’t be charged extra for the split shipment!
