Shop with confidence—ARAXMA makes returns and exchanges simple and free within 14 days of delivery.

General Returns
You may return any item purchased on ARAXMA.DE within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund.
Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the invoice in the case of a partial return.
All returns and exchanges are free of charge using our prepaid return label. Please note that there is no need to return any damaged items.
Gifts received can only be exchanged for an item of equal value. To proceed, please contact our Customer Service team, who will email you a preprinted return label.

Custom Orders (Print-on-Demand Policy)
ARAXMA Custom Order is a print-on-demand service, meaning that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, or if you simply changed your mind.
However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
- Please use the “Submit Issue” form on our website.
- Provide a clear photo showing the issue.
- There is no need to return the damaged product.

How to Return an Item
1. Use the “Submit Issue” form on our website.
2. Or contact us by email or via our website form within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
3. Provide your invoice (or invoice number) along with the reason for the return.
4. Use the prepaid return label we provide to send back your item(s).
